If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 15 days of receiving your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
  • Normal inspection/handling is expected; items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as swimwear, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
  • If the item is defective upon arrival, this must be reported with clear photo evidence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or are not in original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
  • For approved returns, the item must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
